Thank you so much Ryan. I too was so sorry about what
happened as it had been for a special memorial to my dad. As an environmentalist
it pained me to think that i couldn't sort out the garden bench myself. But i had
someone look at it and they think that as the frame has been broken it is not
serviceable. So your refund is much appreciated. I will now try to get another
one-delivery to here will still be the problem so I will keep trying. I will try
to use the curved teak wood of the bench to make a little sculpture or maybe try
to make a little coffee table from the seat wood (as i do feel my little table
is beyond any useful life now!!)And when i do i will think of you , toast you
and will send you a photo. I thank you for being a top seller. My partner, who
saw it said i had left myself in a VERY vulnerable position - being left with a
useless load of scrap wood and no chance of ever seeing any refund. So i'm happy
